This is an Investment Property in Detroit, Michigan that need some minor fixing in order to be rented fast.



A tenant was living there for almost 2 years and he moved out at the end of October 2013 to go at a smaller house. The house was rented for $675 per month. The house is managed by Garner Properties and Management



The house has been internally fully rehhabed 2 years ago and also I replaced the furnace (with all pipes and equipment) and water tank and the house needs only some minor painting in some places and fixes and perhaps replace the roof for max $5000 for all of them.



The house has back taxes for 2,200 that need to paid plus 2013 taxes.



I am selling all assets in US becouse I live in Europe and I want to invest in Europe in General where the beach properties have fall by 50% and the opportunity is now. In Europe is a market that I can control.



The house is estimated at Zillow $38,00 and Trulia $33,000 but I have to be honest that my estimation is $4,000 becouse the house needs some fixing (I have complete list with pictures) and the back taxes to be paid.
